3D Coordinate Entry

Voland0
While the documentation says 3D coordinates are (x,y,z), when I insert a rectangle, specifying as my start point (0,0,0), and my end point (145,145,0), I just get lines drawn along the X axis.  To show a rectangle, I must have as my end point (145,0,145).  This seems like the coordinates are actually (x,z,y).  Is this a facing issue?  Right-hand vs. left-hand?

This depends on the viewing point I think. X and Y build the base plane and Z goes up in 3D, so looking from front is what you describe.

But to be honest, I don't know what you are talking about, surely not about LibreCAD, as it is 2D only.
