DXF blocks with attributes import

Hi, I am trying to import a dxf-file containing blocks with associated text attributes. Unfortunately the text attributes are not visible. If I import the same dxf-file in QCAD it works though. The dxf-file is attached. Does anyone know why it does not read the attributes correctly?
