Dimension without line

mlo
I spent some hours trying to figure out how to achieve the following:

I have a DXF drawing (map of a communal graveyard) which I wanted to print out.

In this drawing every relevant length has a dimension attachd to it. All dimensions are on a seperate layer.

What I want to get ist the drawing with the values of the dimensions printed but NOT the dimension-lines and the arrows.
Because every line has a dimension attached to it, the dimension-lines make the drawing vitually unreadable.

tnx in advance

Hi, my solution would be to explode the dimensions and to delete manually all the lines, this is all I thought.
Anyway -if you want- give me the drawing so that I can try to find an alternate solution.
Best Regards

...the problem is not the problem, the problem is your aptitude about the problem...

QCAD 3.3.2 has a new info tool which can do this!

Use tool, in property editor select lines and move them to a new layer. Hide layer ...thus only showing the text.
