Export coordinates of points from Polylines / Splines

I'm new to Librecad (and even Linux!), coming from Autocad and Windows. Can I export point data of a Polyline / Spline? Also, can i import a point coordinate txt file into Librecad to form a polyline?

I don't know of a way to extract points from polyline or spline. The other way round there is a "read ascii points" tool in "plugins".
