I've recently ended a 40-year career in CAD/BIM as a reviewer, author, and CAD/BIM manager. I decided to look at some Open Source options and see what's available. I've reviewed over 300 CAD systems, but seeing how other applications approach things is always interesting.
I'll be interested in seeing why specific approaches were decided upon and what if any, minor tweaks might be applied.
