How do you customize right-click?

In other CAD softwares you can assign different functions or menu of functions there must be a way to do it with LIbre CAD also.

You found nothing because in LibreCAD you can't customize right click yet.
In pre 2.1.x versions right click had only cancelling function.
Starting with 2.1.0 right click opens a context menu with recent actions, but this is hard coded, no options to customize as I know.

So impressed by ease of use of the software and friendliness of its user I uninstalled it from my computer once and for all.
This experience was a waste of time.
Now I have to figure out how to delete this miserable account (won;t ask anybody here how to do it!)

To be sure you find the link to delete your account, I'll answer the question you didn't ask anybody here anyway.
Click on your user name, top right, and select 'Account settings' from the menu.
There you will find the 'Remove Your Account' link at the bottom.
