Wenxi,

can you describe how you want to use it?

In general LibreCAD is governed by the GPL license which has some restrictions
on when you add code to it as that code must also be licenced by GPL and must be
provided publicly if you distribute the modified code.
You are perfectly fine to use LibreCAD within a commercial company.

well, It is just a simple end user usage for editing of CAD Files that is all.

That’s not a problem at all, we would even encourage people to use
LibreCAD commercially.
