Jean,

LibreCAD does have a inline help system that you can pull up
using the help menu. With the Ubuntu version in PPA there
some issues still to work out (hence the RC1) but that should be soon resolved.

We don't have any courses though (how to draw electric, how to draw architectural etc..)

Jean,

I am gathering some information around this.
Here on a Windows 7 machine I do have the help available,
but apparently for some other installations it doesnt.

Wat version of Windows are you using?

Re: Learning

In case it helps, the help manual is also missing on mac.  That is, on my intel mac install of librecad, the help manual also does not show up in the window when requested.

I am running  OSX 10.6.3, Intel, and I'm running LibreCAD 1.0.0rc1, compiled June 16, 2011. (I think it was from http://sourceforge.net/projects/librecad/files/OSX/1.0.0rc1/LibreCAD-Installer_1.0.0rc1.pkg/download )

It does appear that the /Applications/LibreCAD.app/Contents/Resources/doc/LibreCADdoc.qch   and  LibreCADdoc.qhc files
are available.  So I'm puzzled why the menu selection Help...Manual produces only two blank panes.

I also built librecad from github source on Linux, and there the help works fine there.  But--> the build did not completely compile all the help
files, the _sv help was missing, so perhaps there is a clue there... I'll attach the build log, just in case it helps.

jason,

Sweden was recently added (after RC1) and it looks like it wasn't added to SVN,
I think the help should still work though, the ts files
are only used in the program itself.

I am going to look into this and get back on it. But it's very strange...
