LibreCAD with Qt 5.0

With issue 391 merged I can say that LibreCAD compiles without problem in Ubuntu 12.10 64 bit with Qt 5.0.1 and gcc (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.7.2-2ubuntu1) 4.7.2

I will test it tomorrow with Windows XP 32bit and Qt 5.0.1 and there's a fairly good chance that the situation will be the same (maybe small commits).
