My LibreCAD is not understand the commands "point" and "circle"

Unfortunately, I have some problems - My LibreCAD is not understand the commands "point" and "circle".
I enter them on the command line, and he writes to me (in Russian) "Unknown command: point" or "Unknown command: circle".
