freetype

We are missing instructions for setting up freetype on Windows.
Where do I install it?
How do I connect it with LibreCAD?

Regarding freetype.pri
On OS X using macports the INCLUDEPATH is /opt/local/include/freetype2
however, I'm not sure what to use for LIBS.
The unix block doesn't work.

There is also tools.pro...

Is this ttf2lff tool really worth the dependency?
It seems like command line file conversion would be cleaner as a different project.

I'm pretty close to being able to offer a .dmg,
this is the last building issue; although LibreCAD runs fine without it.
