modify -> offset

line->parallel

polyline-> create equidistant polylines

You can close the lines manually with modify - trim two.
Or you can make several objects into one with polylines - create polylines from existing segments and then apply create equidistant polylines.

okay but there is always an angle which is not closed.

for only okay, but I have to do 200 different forms on the same design

Either close it with the 'tool options' toolbar, at the end of making the geometry,
or use modify -> properties (mp).

Hm... it looks like changing the properties only creates a beveled corner (if you use it after offset).
