Is there any reason to keep the 1.0.0-Snapshot, quadratic and translation branches?

1.0.0-Snapshot is for the legacy 1.0 release, so let's keep it.

I will remove my leftovers :)

What is the value of keeping the 1.0.0-Snapshot branch?
The latest commit is 9a2ab4b on Dec 15, 2013.

https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/releases/tag/v1.0.4
was tagged on Sep 28, 2013,
but the latest commit is a81bbd4 on Jul 16, 2013

It seems like the name 1.0.0-Snapshot is misleading,
or the repository's early tags are.
