je veux tracer un segment ayant les contraintes suivantes :
- longueur connue
- horizontale
- une extrémité sur un cercle
- L'autre extrémité sur un autre cercle


y a-t-il un moyen de faire ce segment, sans calculer les positions (Thalès)
