On your account, in the Settings tab, please select "Portuguese (Brazil) - pt_BR" from the Languages list to join the Portuguese-Brazil language team.
You should have the permissions now to work on this translation.
If there are any issues, please let me know.

I'm a mechanical engineer and kind of old at CAD systems, but new at LibreCAD.
Linux based software helps me a lot.
