Editing a block is not updating main document blocks

kayalif
Greetings everyone!

I have created a simple block and I have been trying to edit. I have two questions:

1.Without tiling windows how can I return to the main document window?

2.I deleted a line from block but the main document blocks not updated but after saving and opening again the file all bloocks updated. Is this normal behaviour?

Workspace -> at the bottom, select the document

Obviously not, additionally I've found that if one adds and deletes some  things, then the block is updated only with the added things ???
Worth a bug report?
