New member, need some directions

Klemzy
Hello
I am new to LibreCAD, but I have some experience with AutoCAD.
I have drawn a football field, but for some reason some lines are not showing up in print preview no mather what I do. I tried changing line width, line color, layer propperties, etc. I have no clue what to try next.

Print preview looks like this:

Canvas or the product should look like this (keep in mind that blue and purple lines are construction ones and are not intended to be printed:

Thanks for all your help.

A couple of quick questions:

1) could you please attach dxf file?
2) which version of LC do you use?

That's strange... I've checked this on 2.2.2 branch - everything is visible in print preview (you can discover the actual version of the program in About dialog).

Please check that all layers are printable. Also, please try to play with page settings.

also all visible under 2.2.1 - so I suppose this is was due to settings of layer - not all of them were set to be printable.

Now I see. I thought that my hashmarks are only on Hashmarks layer and not on layer 0.
Is it normal, that when you insert blocks they fall under layer 0 automatically?

I am used to AutoCAD and I don't know if it works the same here, but can you move drawn lines from layer to another one?

yes, that's possible.

At least two ways:

1) select entities you'd like to move -> invoke Change Attributes command, there will be a dialog with layer selection combo-box

2) use Layer Tree Widget - click by right mouse button on the layer to which you'd like to move entities -> use appropriate menu item there.
