Windows installer sends users to the donation page

ravas
I suggest either changing it to another web page (maybe the announcement section of the forum),
or disabling this feature (my preference).

We can make the installer to detect already installed LC. Then first time users will be headed to the donation page and updater not.

Armin
investing less than half an hour into Search function can save hours or days of waiting for a solution

Armin,

at this moment I have disabled the donation page.
So perhaps routing the user to a place where they can find additional info would be best for now.

I feel we should disable this feature:

1, it's only for win32;
2, many spamwares do the similar, open webpages at installation;

We should:

1, add more help links to the "Help" menu;
2, install the user manual PDF (from wiki), and link it from the Help manual (implementation needed).
