I noticed you have two extra lines lie under the contour. Those two lines are not not connected, and could be selected during hatching, leaving a broken contour.
Moving the contour by an offset exposes this problem.

I prefered to re-do your steps because I prefered to do it myself, and because I worked 2 hours after giving you and did not want to loose my work.
(And I prefer explanation than to let doing my work by others ...)
But I still have a question : how appened suh a problem ?
I drawed my roof line by line, triming each one on the other ...(with "trim one")
