I don't know whether I can help you, anyway more information is needed. What kind of data do you have available, a file, what format, a printed drawing with point coordinates or what else? Could you provide at least a part of the drawing with described points as an image?
At Plugins there is ESRI Shapefile, which is some kind of surveyor format, as far as I know. But I don't know much about surveyor stuff. Maybe someone else can help more.
