Here's a new one... All blocks duplicate themselves when I add a block. I need a clue please.

I have about 14 blocks, for examble 1,2,3,4...14

Sometimes when I add a new block, my block list multiplies and my new block list looks like this: 1, 1-0,1-1.2,2-0,2-1,3...

It seems that all the blocks are duplicating themselves when I add another block.  Any ideas why this happens and how I can prevent it?
