2.0.10 and future bug fix releases

Let's tag the branch as 2.0.10 now and release.
Yes there are other bugs that we can fix…
adding more time until the release…
but I’d like to release bug fixes more often.

If developers can add their change logs to
https://github.com/LibreCAD/ChangeLogs
that would be useful.

I'll be releasing 2.0.10 today or tomorrow, with or without a complete change log.

I will merge some commits from master into 2.0 after 2.0.10 releasing
