Block inserted from the BlockList vs LibraryBrowser

According to the manual, blocks are supposed to behave slightly differently depending on whether they are inserted from the Block List or from the Library Browser.
However, in my case, I don’t see any difference — they all behave as if inserted from the Block List.


For example, when I insert the cross-shaped block (block12) multiple times from the Library Browser, only a single instance is created in the Block List. If I modify one of the inserted blocks, the changes affect all of them.

well, the documentation may be outdated.

Anyway, I'm going to review both library and blocks widget and make some face-liftings there.
