Block list buttons on Windows look chaotic

Dear all,

I'm very new to LibreCAD, so sorry if I got this wrong, but I think the UI layout in the Block List widget (on Windows version) are incorrect.
Here is the screenshot.

As you can see, other widgets such as the layer list looks fine. But the Block List looks so weird.
