I would like to work on the Bulgarian translation of the UI and the commands.
My username on the translation server is the same: h.hristov

As you have seen, our translation server is in maintenance mode, it will be retired soon.
You can register at Weblate, where translation will be done in future.

Translation is locked currently, but when you register there, you can apply for a notification when it is unlocked.
