Can't download LibreCAD 2.2.1.1

Not that I'm not happy with Version: 2.2.0.2, but I do like to keep up with updates.

With both GitHub and SourceForge the download stops and I can only choose abort. Everything seems in order:

Output folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\LibreCAD
Extract: D3Dcompiler_47.dll... 100%
Can't write: C:\Program Files (x86)\LibreCAD\LibreCAD.exe

Windows 10 shouldn't be the problem -- needs to be updated but there's some problem with the fairly new system.

I hesitate to uninstall 2.2.0 if I'm going to get the same message when I try to re-install it.

I'm not sure whether you can install side by side 2.2.0 and 2.2.1.

If you are willing to try, keep 2.2.0 and install the AMD64 build for 2.2.1. Just choose the 64 bit installer for windows, and 2.2.1 is the last version released with a 32 bit windows installer.

There now also is 2.2.1.1 as a portable at portableapps.com.
You can run this with keeping 2.2.0 installed.
