Can we move a point?

Can we?  I remember GenCAD made that possible, you could grab a point and when you moved it, everything attached to it would stretch and/or move with it.  It doesn't look like LC can do that.

Select an entity and see the blue dots, you can grab and drag them.
Press left mouse button on the blue dot grip, move the mouse and then release the mouse button.
Now you can drag the blue dot and drop it with a left click again.

Thanks.  I have a drawing that I need to get out fast while having only been using LC for a couple of days, so my ignorance is monumental.  I'll search for a while but then I'm going to cop out and just ask here :-)  I'll take the time to actually learn the program soon but right now I have to fake it.  First impressions are good tho, it's not unintuitive.
