Command line

Hello.
My command line (status bar?) has "disappeared". Probably an errant keystroke but i can't recover it and do not see anything in the manual on this.
Any suggestions?

Thank you. I recovered this but interestingly managed to lose the snap selection toolbar in the process. Usually pretty good at watching the screen and will normally catch a mistake before it goes too far.
It's still there somewhere (I try to draw a line and it snaps to the endpoint of the nearest object). I just can't find it.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

BTW, I "turned off" the snap toolbar to no avail. I try to draw a line and it snaps to an endpoint anyway. Just need to find the tool bar.
