Commands in French

Hello,
I have reached the commands in my translation effort but I am up against the problem of coherence: I have no way to know, easily, if a word or a short, say like "tm" for "trim", has not been used somewhere else.
It would make it easier if I could have the whole file, work on it and then re-write into Translate, not upload.

Any chance? Of course the best would be if I could have it on spread sheet. One can always dream
