Conversion to Polyline

Hi,

I've read through the manual, done some searching on the forum, and I still haven't come up with an answer.  Is there any way to convert a closed loop of line segments into a polyline? Or will I need to redraw the portions that I would like to be a polyline by using the polyline command?
