Convert a csv or a md table into a dxf file

Usage:
python csv_table_to_dxf_utf.py input.csv
python md_table_to_dxf.py input.md

output filename will be same as input file name

The resulting dxf file can be opened via LibreCAD (use View -> Auto Zoom if table isn't visible)
Then you can convert the table inside into a block
Then you can export that block as a separate dxf file
In your main drawing you can import above dxf block file
