We properly cannot,
but out of curiosity, what application is that?
.dat is generally used all over the place and stands for 'data' so it could be any of many formats.

The .DAT file as used by XFRL5 is a text file with the heading of the wing name and then each point indicated by coordinates from back to front at the top and then from front to back at the bottom, always on top. The string line that goes from point 0 to point 1, if you want to look at the structure of a .DAT file of an airfoil you can go to www.airfoiltools.com and download some 4-digit NACA since they are the most used, it The good thing about being able to convert from DXF to DAT is also how many points are available to have greater precision in the drawing of the wing.
