Disappearing Rectangles?

Hi good Peoples; - sincere "newbie" here - please, why do "Rectangles" disappear // reappear at changing zoom setting? ... is there a way of preventing this 'cos it's more than a little frustrating!

At zoom levels where text is too small to be readable anyway it is displayed simplified as boxes to speed up screen rendering.
Or is it something different? Then more explanation please.

There also had been issues with entities randomly missing at zooming, probably having to do with https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/pull/1181
So might be fixed now, if you try the latest nightly V 2.2.0 rc.

Hi Dellus - sorry to appear so incompetent, plz, where is the download for v2.2.0
I'm on 2.1.3 'cos that's all SourceForge has to offer & I find no download links on GitHub...
I know I really shouldn't need "spoon-feeding" but I've certainly lost the plot here...

Look at SourceForge at NightlyBuilds: https://sourceforge.net/projects/librecad/files/Windows/NightlyBuilds/master/LibreCAD-Installer-2.2.0-rc1-254-g9f2c32dd.exe/download
There also is a version for XP, if you still are on it, like me.
