Draw a bent/curve of a street?1

Hi,

what is the best way to draw a bent/curve of a street?

You know, starting with not so much radius. As the street goes on, the radius has to go smaller. After a specific point the radius gets bigger and ends at a straight normal street.

What is the right tool to use. Is there anywhere a tutorial about this?

LibreCAD doesn't have a tool for this. It's a complex geometrical problem deserving advanced maths. Only special CAD systems for road design can calculate this (clothoids).
I have played a bit with splines and ellipses but found no way.
