Editing toolbars

Hi, new to libreCAD, I would like to adjust the commands to suit my habits.

There are eight toolbars on the sides and top and bottom of the screen.
How can I add some commands to these toolbars ?
I can destroy one of these  toolbars and create a new one with all the old commands and the added ones but it is a long operation.

-In the "create toolbar" window how can I put/copy in the right side list a toolbar existing on the screen and then add the wanted new commands? I have no names for calling them.

-How can I destroy an existing toolbar of which I don't know the name?

Please, how can I know the name of the toolbars actually present, in order to edit them?

One more question: i am trying to download and install Librecad 2.2.1.5 on another computer of mine, Windows 7. I arrive on the page: "Librecad 2.2.1.5 Stable Release". There is "What's changed", Contributors, Assets, but there is not DOWNLOAD pushbutton.
What is the correct procedure I must follow?

Please cancel the above, I have found how to download LC. but Librecad 2.2.1.5 can not work on my computer OS at 32 bit. Which is the latest release that works at 32 bit? where can I found and download it?

Happily installed LC 2.2.1 on the 32 bit computer. This problem solved.
