Electronics Library Questions

Fran_iii
I've found two libraries that can be downloaded.

1 - https://wiki.librecad.org/index.php?title=File:Electrical1-LCAD.zip

2 - https://wiki.librecad.org/index.php?title=File:Electronics3-LCAD.zip

Questions:

a. Number 2 above has the caveat "You cannot overwrite this file."
- Does that mean once I download it I can not overwrite it...
- Or is the reference to the original file on the download server... or what?

b. Both show a very scary warning about potential malware.
- Have there been any reported instances of such issues?

c. I'm mainly interested in an electronics components library... that includes all the standard resistors, capacitors, diodes, semiconductors, integrated circuits, etc... and industry connectors.
- Is number 2 above such a library... more or less... or would you suggest another electronics library for Librecad?

Thanks for any help.

Instead of bumping, try to post more details, then possibly somebody can help you.

Which OS?
Which LibreCAD version?

Basically I don't think that this message comes from LibreCAD, so it's probably an OS issue.
E.g. wrong location or missing permissions.
investing less than half an hour into Search function can save hours or days of waiting for a solution

Question b): the warning just says that zip files may carry malware.
I have dared it and nothing bad happened.

c):  There are not many symbols in it. Have a look yourself if it is of use for you. Probably you seek a much larger collection. You can use anything dxf-based.
