Elliptical hatch - problem with angles > 360 degrees

Hi,
I'm having issues with elliptical hatches when the end angle is > 360 degrees. The attached DXF file has such an elliptical hatch, with start angle 4.8278897321021 degrees and end angle 364.8278897321021 degrees. AutoCAD displays this fine, but LibreCAD seems unhappy when either angle is outside the range 0 to 360. Is this a known issue?

PS The file is generated from another program, so it's not straightforward to simply shift the angles into the 0-360 range. And this doesn't seem like it should be necessary in any case.

PPS Using version 2.1.3 on Ubuntu 18.10
