European portuguese translation

Hello,

First of all great job on this project.
Forave is a professional school in Portugal and we'd like to help this project by completing the european portuguese translation.
The actual portuguese translation is mostly brazilian portuguese.
How can we start the european portuguese translation?

Since we are still actively developing the master branch (targeting 2.0.0 version). I suppose there are always new things to translate.

This is the portuguese translation location : http://translate.librecad.org/pootle/pt/

However,

what we properly need to do is copy the current translation to a different locale (pt_BR)

and rename the current one (pt) to pt_PT.

This way we can satisfy both locales and we don't get into fights how something needs to get translated :)

Antonio,

mail me your pootle login to [hidden email], (don't post it here)

then I can give you special permissions to the translation server

for that language. And I will take care the languages are going to be setup.

but I can't find Romanian in http://translate.librecad.org/
Can you add Romanian language?

If not, what is the... procedure for translation?

Ed,

my recommendation is to download the english (or your favorite language)

XML through the translation system and load that into Qt Linguist.

Then start translating the from to Romanian. When you are done, you

can send us the XML and we will adding this to LibreCAD.

Hello Ries.

I've signed up in http://translate.librecad.org, but following your instructions (for the Romanian translator) I made the Catalan translation from the file librecad_en.ts I downloaded from the code repository.

I've tested it for the latest version 2.0.0alpha3 (Aug 12 2012) and I found some strings in the program that aren't in the file librecad_en.ts; so they are shown in English. Is there a newer version of librecad_en.ts?

How can I give you the file librecad_ca.ts I made with Qt Linguist?
