Export as image

usuario
I'm using a translator.

Hi,

Thanks for your work on LibreCAD, the export as image option is not working properly.

On Windows I get the message:

Export failed!

On Debian GNU/Linux (bookworm - 12.7), LibreCAD crashes and closes, which could result in data loss if the work has not been previously saved.

Best regards.

Version: 2.2.1_rc3-29-g7f40ee54
Compiler: GNU GCC 12.2.0
Compiled on: Sep 22 2024
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Boost Version: 1.75.0
System: Windows 10 Version 2009

No, you cannot generate one image more than 100million pixel width and more 100 million pixel height this way.

Try to reduce the resolution. Instead of 300, try 0.003

Hi,

Thank you for your prompt reply, maybe I am confused, but where does it say 100 million pixels?

Best regards.

Re: Export as image

Pixel width x pixel height must not be more than 100 million, so about 10000 in each direction.

To achieve a result as desired it is better anyways to export to pdf in Print Preview and then convert to bitmap in an external app like Inkscape. LibreCAD image export doesn't show proper lineweight.
