File formats, and why is lff the default?

LibreCAD 1.0.2 offers the following file formats when saving...

LFF Font
Drawing Exchange DXF 2000
Drawing Exchange DXF R12
Font

How do these differ?  
Why is lff the default?

LFF are fonts, this is a bug solved a lot ago
Please update your LC version

Do you mean .lff is no longer the default?  

What's the latest stable version of LibreCAD?

2.0.0rc1 has been released and so far seems stable!

Ah, we're talking about version 2.0.0 which I see was announced as a release candidate just a few days ago.  
Not long before it's an official release I suppose.  
Looking forward to seeing in the repo's.
