For me doesn't work Circle (Center, Radius)

Hello! Sorry, I don't speak English.
For me doesn't work Circle (Center, Radius).
I can't set the circle center.
Sometimes works if several times to press a key of a computer mouse.
LibreCad 2.0.2 version. Version for Windows. (Russian version language ).

Please confirm that your circle radius is not too small or too large.

Everything works.  I simply didn't see radius.  I thought that at first the center should be set.  LibreCad writes that set the center.  I thought that radius should be set then.  When the center of a circle will be already chosen.
Now I understood. Radius should be specified at once too.
I wanted to make as in Autocad )

Same problem here. Three different installation's, 1x Ubuntu Gnome, 2x Win7.

Circle with center and radius don't work correctly.

You can give center point, but it never ask radius. The radius is always 1.
