Templates based on GOST standarts for techical documentations!

The following countries have adopted GOST standards in addition to their own, nationally developed standards:
Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, and Turkmenistan.
