Greetings from Brazil

benso
Hello everyone, I'm Marcos from Brazil I started using LibreCAD pretty much today. It came to my mind to create a brazilian community of libreCAD to spread this ideia by translanting the software to portuguese, one of the most spoken language on the globe. I think this project has a lot of potential since brazilians have been shown a huge experience in collaborations with opensource projects. I'd like to know to whom may a refer to get informations about how to make this ideia concrete. Thanks for attention.

Hey,

thank you for your support!

We already have a a few translators active for Portuguese (Brazil), see http://translate.librecad.org/pootle/pt_BR/

You can sign up on our translation server, and let me know your name so I can set you up for this particular translation. (you can send me mail here http://forum.librecad.org/template/NamlServlet.jtp?macro=user_nodes&user=204277)

Welcome Marcos,

please find additional information in the Translation Subforum Header and feel free to post you questions there.

The sticky post on top New user instructions links to our wiki articles about translation.

And using the Forum Search you will find some posts there already related to Brazil translation.

Have fun and thanks for contributing.
