Happy new year with hyperbola support to complete conics in LC

Happy new year to everyone!

While 2025 saw some heavy development in LibreCAD-master, I didn't get enough development to complete the last piece of conics support in LibreCAD: a new primitive geometry: hyperbola.

The features are getting production ready, and PR merging is expected soon, if no serious issue is found.
