Hello World

Gretings to all, My name is Frank, although I go by the handle Renaissance Man. One of several passions in my life is woodworking, and it is this passion that has drawn me toward the world of CAD. Before my disability I was Tier II networking support tech and technical writer for a small cable company. I am fairly literate with the current iterations Ubuntu and Fedora. I am also beginning the study of Python. Unfortunately, when it comes to computer aided design applications, my ignorance is as vast as my support and passion for FOSS is deep and so I have chosen to learn how to apply LibreCAD to the design of woodworking projects I envision. I look forward to learning from many of you here, especially those that share my love of woodworking. Until later,
