A new user am I; just downloaded LibreCAD from Ubuntu repos. It has been a while since I have done any serious drawing. Maybe three lifetimes ago, I took Mechanical Drawing in high school. Maybe two lifetimes ago I drew things using DesignCAD, a 2D drawing program that ran on DOS. Once when I bought my first computer mouse (Mouse Systems, now defunct,) I received a free copy of AutoSketch with it. Here lately, I have only sketched things out using quarter inch grid paper. I think I only need a 2D program to redesign some steps that will have three steps instead of only two steps. Have a good day, stay healthy, and be without coronavirus symptoms.
