I need some help with the shape that I have in the blue circle. I have been trying for hours to make them with no results.

Make one of them:
  - start with circles, R21 and R32
  - make 2 lines from center, at least length 32, at 30° and 330°
  - make parallels with distance 3 to those lines
  - divide or trim circles and parallels at intersection points
  - remove remaining line and circle fragments

This should result in the one segment at 0°, on the right side.
Now select this complete segment and use rotate to make 5 copies each 60°.
