How do I get the full menu?

I am presently using v2.2.1.2 but can't find Explode Block. I'm guessing there are many functions only available from the command line. How do I get the complete menu?

There is no extra Explode Block command.
To explode an inserted block just use the normal Tools - Modify - Explode command.
