How do I start the program?

Hi all.  I just installed LibreCAD on Windows.  But I can't find how to start it.  I don't see a shortcut or icon.  And I don't see it in the list of programs.  

So how do I start it?

file explorer to find:  c:\Program Files(x86)\LibreCAD.exe
Then right click and pin it to the task bar.

But IMO the installer ought to be offering an option for placing an icon.
