How to modify a polyline and connect it to another one

Hi,
I would like to modify this curve this way in red :
I 'm unable to find a way to
- Remove the useless blue dots
- Move some dots to the right position to get an horizontal line
- Add some dots to the polyline to make a round and merge with the polyline in white
